Yes. That is a great color combination. Highlighting like that would look nice and gives more texture, while still looking natural. Dying your hair that color all over would still look nice because it's not too different from what you currently have. Honestly, no. Light hair with light dye don't go well together. If you really like the chestnut color, you might want to darken your hair first.
